The Employment Support Collection

The Employment Support Collection has all the features of Community Support plus it allows for remote or face-to-face support and can assess users knowledge of work skills and allowing them to keep returning to improve.

The Exam offers the opportunity pre- and post-learning assessments to monitor progress and development. It can be used before and after using a collection or within a face-to-face programme to monitor distance travelled  (Assess-Learn-Assess).

Assessment and Data Reporting

Reporting for the User

Our comprehensive guides are designed with user-friendly navigation for all users which tracks their progress throughout the learning experience. This menus display the time spent on each section and also the pages viewed. Colour changes indicate which sections have been completed, providing an intuitive way to track progress. People using the assessed version can also view their marks, offering valuable feedback on their performance.

In addition, to further enhance the user experience, we provide the option for users to print their own certificates. This allows individuals to celebrate their achievements and maintain a tangible record of their progress.

Comprehensive Administrator Data

Community Support uses a User Tracking Information System (UTIS), while Employment Support employs the WorkSkills Assessment Program (WASP). Both systems offer comprehensive tracking for administrators, but UTIS does not include assessment or exam results.

Administrators can view user registrations for the guides, along with a summary of overall usage. Detailed progress summaries (time and distance) are available, with WASP also providing assessment and exam results. Printable reports for group and individual progress are accessible.
